SEGRETI: (Italian for “secret”) is a family owned and run manufacturer of handcrafted Antipasti Products based in Brisbane. Segreti commenced manufacturing during the 1990’s with 3 distinct and unique products and has since grown to produce over 100 of its products. Most of our products are unique only to Segreti with some of the old favourites also manufactured to our highest standard.
At Segreti we pride ourselves in producing exquisite hand crafted Antipasti products to the highest quality. All our products are manufactured using local, Australian produce when available, and only the finest imported ingredients where necessary. We like to bring traditional old European flavours into all our products and where called for we try to source and use traditional authentic recipes.
All our product is “Made to Order” this ensures the freshest and finest product is always received ready for immediate consumption. Our products are free from additives and preservatives and most are Gluten Free.
At Segreti we are always developing new and exciting products with that, “left of centre” concept that most good delis are searching for. We are constantly searching for new trends and materials to make our products unique and somewhat different from the standard.
Segreti has a substantial client base, supplying most of the high end food markets and Delis in Brisbane and Queensland as well as a fast growing market interstate. As well as distributing our own product locally we do have selected distributors in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Northern New South Wales Sunshine Coast, and Far North Queensland who carry a large range of our product.
Segreti also produces a wide range of exclusive products for use by major airlines, health food companies and hotel chains. Upon request we are happy to work with a customer to develop and manufacture new products to suit individual needs if this meets our production policies.
